Refund Policy for Online Taxi Reservations

1. Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice: Full refund (100%) if the customer cancels the reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

2. Cancellation Between 12 and 24 Hours Notice: Partial refund of 50%, as the company may have already planned for the reservation in this time frame.

3. Cancellation with Less Than 12 Hours Notice: No refund, unless there are extraordinary, justified circumstances such as medical emergencies or force majeure.

4. Modifications to the Reservation: Modifications are allowed without additional cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance. If modifications are requested with less notice, they will be subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

5. Service Failure by the Company: If the company cannot fulfill the reserved service due to internal reasons (e.g., vehicle failure or scheduling error), a full refund will be offered along with possible additional compensation, such as a discount for a future trip.

6. No Show (Customer Fails to Appear): If the customer does not appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and has not informed the company, it will be considered a late cancellation and no refund will be provided. 7. Force Majeure Circumstances: In cases of force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies), free rescheduling or a full refund will be allowed, depending on the situation.

8. Refunds for Booking Errors: If there is an error in the booking due to a technical issue with the platform or the company's systems, a full refund will be offered or the reservation will be adjusted at no additional cost.

9. Refund Request Process: Customers must request a refund via an online form or email within 48 hours after the scheduled service time (except in cases of early cancellation)
